Description
What to do with an old oil lamp, now that we’ve got that new-fangled electricity thing at our disposal? Turn it into a desk lamp of course!
This shiny brass lamp has a been brought into the modern era with a pair of light bulbs. Providing most of the light is an Edison filament bulb on top where the burner would have originally been, and a tiny bulb inside the lamp to shine down through a grid of holes to cast a warming glow onto the surface below. The body of the lamp can be positioned the post and the whole thing is controlled with a minimalist dimmer built into the power cable, allowing you to get the light levels just right.
Note to North Americans: the in line dimmer needs a 230V power supply to work
