Can I make a special request or commission a light?
Yes! We love getting personal requests. Head on over to the contact page and give us a shout.
If you are interested in making a change to one of our existing lights for sale (eg. you’d like a longer power cable) then we can usually accommodate that too. Get in touch and we’ll let you know how much it would be and roughly how long it would take.
Can we see the lights in person before buying?
Currently we do not have any showroom facilities, sorry.
Are lightbulbs supplied with the lights?
Yes, although you are also free to put your own bulb in if you’d rather have something different.
Can you supply replacement bulbs?
We don’t currently stock bulbs, but if you need a replacement we’d be more than happy to point you in the right direction.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, although the lights come with standard UK 13A plugs and are designed to work at 230V AC, so you may need an adaptor, transformer and/or alternative bulb to make them work properly.
Can I return a light that I bought?
You have 28 days from when the light is delivered to return it, so long as it’s in it’s original, fully working condition with all the parts included. After the 28 days, then we cannot accept returns for non-faulty items.
We cannot accept returns on any non-faulty bespoke items.
Do you offer any guarantee on the products?
For UK customers the lights are guaranteed for a year after purchase against faults arising during normal wear and tear. If you have a light that has gone wrong, please get in touch and we’ll work to sort it out.
After the year or for damage caused beyond normal wear and tear, we can offer a repair service at a cost. Again, get in touch and we would be very happy to give you a repair estimate.
